I’ve been using this app for the past two years and have placed many orders, but over the last 4–5 months, the customer support has become extremely poor and frustrating. I rarely receive any responses to my complaints, and even after reporting multiple issues with my orders, there’s almost no feedback from the support team. Lately, they keep sending messages saying “we’re trying to reach you,” but I never receive any actual calls. They also added a phone number claiming it’s for follow-up, yet

terrible experience. Made an order for food from a restaurant, order didnt arrive for more than 2 hours. contacted customer support more than 4 times throughout the second hour and no response. very disappointed. update: they contacted me and solved the issue. not disappointed anymore, but still unfortunate that the issue happened in the first place. regaining trust slowly.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged twice for the same pharmacy order — once through Visa and again in cash — after the app wrongly reported a declined transaction. When I raised the issue, customer service responded carelessly and claimed no amount was deducted, despite clear proof from my bank and a delivered order. Such handling of customers’ money and complaints is truly unacceptable and unprofessional.
