Always giving Fake offer in National day they write 10% discount but once I go to purchase they tell smart phone not included. today I went to extra for al Rajhy Bank cards offer they tell the Same. they use the words (rules and condition ) to skip from legal complaints

kindly there is some sluggish issues on Android device no matter what phone it is like flag ship phone like Samsung s24 ultra or cheaper phones like a52s Samsung when u go for some pages inside the app it goes so slow in scrolling for unknown reason kindly check this issue on Android device since customers needs to use app smoothly this app shouldn't be slow since most device I tried can play high end games smoothly which means issue is related to app not device it dosnt happen in AMAZON

Very bad experience with their service. I was waiting for 10minutes in the queue over the phone to file a complaint of delayed delivery over 10 days but they didn’t pickup.
