Installation was fast& easy.Only reason I am unlikely to use is because PaySend's rates are lower than my existing top 2 Fintech apps - Lemfi & Sendwave.Most of us work hard for our money & like to see our money stretch as far as possible.I therefore never send money until I have compared rates between at least 2 apps.I've at least 5 available to me.Over time,I discovered 3 that are consistently higher than most.Being an OG, I also know things can change so always on lookout for new top rates.

Sent in document to verify. They blocked and terminated my account for no reason only telling me a Terms of Service issue and no real reason. I did nothing wrong. This app is trash. The customer service is slow and not professional. I hope y'all have better experience.

I made a single shipment, and as soon as I try to verify my account, they write "Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest in Paysend! We have carefully reviewed the provided information. Unfortunately, we won't be able to verify your account based on the provided data. Thank you for understanding" when I contact support they give me no reason why they can't verify my account and when I ask what they need to verify it they just tell me it can't be verified, terrible support.
