hi, while shopping on the app is easy, it is difficult to use the Live Chat function on Android if needing to handle issues. The Live Chat chat box is configured to consume the entire screen and it makes entering text for writing with the agent difficult as you cannot see what you are writing as you are writing it. I had to change my system settings away from using button navigation between apps to swipe controls as the box you click to enter text is located under the system navigation bar.

Delivered an item that was too small. When I requested for exchange, someone came and checked the package but refused to pick it up saying that one corner of the carton box is slightly torn. The item inside is exactly as we received it. I have emailed their customer care twice, but no response. I have contacted them via chat box, raised a complaint. Still no one contacted me. I have been purchasing from them since many years, always used to have excellent service. This time its disappointing.

Not recommended seller it was a very bad experience. After confirming my order they haven't shipped the item. I had to make several follow-up calls, but without any progress they finally sent a cancellation of the order by email claiming that the item is out of stock!!!!!!
