Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged twice for the same pharmacy order — once through Visa and again in cash — after the app wrongly reported a declined transaction. When I raised the issue, customer service responded carelessly and claimed no amount was deducted, despite clear proof from my bank and a delivered order. Such handling of customers’ money and complaints is truly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Stores charging cards upfront. They debit the full amount and then if there are items missing or the total is less, they refund the difference which took 10 days last time, and they blame it on the banks. But companies like Deliveroo can issue refunds immediately with no problems.

they're crooks like for real ... they charged me for buying 10 items paid by credit card .. then got a message that they only got 2 and the rest of the money will be refunded to me ... NOTHING WAS REFUNDED it's really not good .. and uf you absolutely have to deal with them ALWAYS cash on delivery.. NEVER EVER prepay by credit card.. I wish there were 0 stars to give them
