Why is it that I pay for Unlimited when this app just randomly decides to close out on me while listening to music? A company this massive that takes money from me multiple times a month, should not have these issues. At this point I feel like I just pay to have a poor listening experience. In the past 30 minutes it's closed on me 6 times while trying to listen to a podcast. each time I have to start the podcast back from the beginning because it doesn't continue after having to restart the app.

I like this app because it's a free add on extra with my Prime account. Being able to turn the volume up or down without having to switch my phone on is a +, I'm a first time user listening to music on my phone and this app is easy to use. *Edit: If you like playing your favourite songs more often, you're then unable to play them without being forced to listen to similar music afterwards from artists/music from the same genre. Great it's a free app but allow me to play what I want, when I want!

I have Amazon Music Unlimited and it does not shuffle the songs. I have over 400 songs on just one playlist, and have never heard half of them. I use the app a lot, on my echo, phone, and in the car. I always use shuffle mode, but it doesn't work, it plays the same group of songs over and over. My 1st playlist doesn't show up for me to add songs to it anymore. These problems needs to be fixed or I'll have to think about changing to a different app.
