It might be a bad luck. But I tried it for the first time. And it was very bad experience. I ordered shoes and they didn't deliver. They waited for me to create a complaint. But still didn't deliver. They had some problems with shipping it from free zone, they said they couldn't find the product, quite strange, I cancelled the order but still not refunded and still not showing cancelled. That was my first order and I don't think I would trust to order with them again.

Extremely disappointed with my first experience. I placed an order, waited days, and on the delivery date it was cancelled due to unavailability. This last-minute notice ruined my function plans. If the item was unavailable, it should have been flagged at booking or at least informed earlier. Such poor communication shows lack of reliability and respect for customers. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shoe and a dress which didn't suit my style. Got the things on 21st Sept, filed for return and refund and, by 22nd Sept the courier collected it as well. Long story short I have been calling every 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my money back! You are very prompt when it comes to taking things back however, you are highly dysfunctional in refunding the money.
