I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

I accidentally placed the order twice, and my card details were already saved. The amount was deducted, but I couldn’t cancel the order. Their “24/7” customer service wasn’t helpful: I waited in the queue (47) for a long time, and when it was my turn they chatted with me and mentioned that the food had already been prepared. They also stated that we can cancel the order but can't refund the money. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any other food delivery app in the UAE.

I do not recommend using the Kita delivery app. I had multiple bad experiences, not just once. Their service after placing an order is very poor. Orders are cancelled without a clear reason, and refunds are often delayed or even refused. Some items never arrive, yet the refund is still rejected. The app only allows card payment, which is not flexible. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not use this app again.
