 Camera and most of the app works well. I have a few issues though: next/previous video buttons sometimes don't work, and smart tracking doesn't turn back on when motion detection was disabled and then re-enabled through a Scene/Smart Rule. It would also be nice to have separate smart scene rules for enabling/disabling sound detection, and a rule for the alarm to go off *only* when motion or sound is detected. Now enabling the alarm in a scene just makes it go off immediately.

I was a big Imou fan, and have bought 5 of their cameras. well today suddenly and without warning, all 5 have gone offline, tried resetting them, and they won't reset. I'm not able or willing to start climbing up ladders to reset on the camera. so looks like I will be replacing all of them. save your money and buy something else. shame really, as when I first got them, they all worked fine.

Poor App and Connection Issues I recently bought the Imou Bullet 2E 5MP camera and I’m very disappointed. The Imou Life app is full of connection problems — the camera doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi even after several attempts, and even the Ethernet cable setup often fails or gets stuck during configuration. The app interface is slow, confusing, and not user-friendly. Overall, the setup experience is very frustrating and needs major improvement.
