The app is fine. It's newegg itself thats making things difficult. I have had issues with all of my orders, especially with buying something in stock then receiving the wrong item, and then the item I wanted goes out of stock. Delivery through UPS is terrible, because UPS workers are lazy. Amazon is next day with the same item at a cheaper price. I want to keep giving newegg my business, but they keep giving me the business instead. Customer supports' great. but they can only do so much, too.

I guess it works for what it's supposed to do, but the notifications all day about "sales" when really, you click on something you want and the price is suddenly way more, none of the sales "are" they're just a way to coax you in and make up your mind before you actually know what it costs. I recommend shopping on Newegg just not with their bait and switch based app with their fake sales, stick to the browser.

One of the best known tech shopping companies.. who designed this app? Pages aren't cropped to fit on the phone so you have to scoll side-to-side. Buttons don't work or have an annoying small area to press so you have to fidget just to click on something. If you go back from looking at something, it starts you at the top of the page. If you have the app installed & you click on something from an email it auto takes you to the terrible app. The app itself is $hit, but NewEgg is cool.
