I like this app because it's a free add on extra with my Prime account. Being able to turn the volume up or down without having to switch my phone on is a +, I'm a first time user listening to music on my phone and this app is easy to use. *Edit: If you like playing your favourite songs more often, you're then unable to play them without being forced to listen to similar music afterwards from artists/music from the same genre. Great it's a free app but allow me to play what I want, when I want!

I have Amazon Music Unlimited and it does not shuffle the songs. I have over 400 songs on just one playlist, and have never heard half of them. I use the app a lot, on my echo, phone, and in the car. I always use shuffle mode, but it doesn't work, it plays the same group of songs over and over. My 1st playlist doesn't show up for me to add songs to it anymore. These problems needs to be fixed or I'll have to think about changing to a different app.

sounds quality is great especially with Amazon music unlimited! the app is decent, hard to find certain songs, but pretty good! the reason for the 3 starts is for the Android auto integration! IT IS A MESS! there is no way possible to find the songs that you downloaded at all! all the other music apps can do this, why not you Amazon! I have decided to stop using this service as a daily for this main reason! works good on PC, all streaming devices, but it is impossible with Android auto! fix it!
