Very disappointed with Joyalukkas Exchange. Every time I send money, it gets delayed while other exchanges credit within minutes. This time I transferred AED 2700 on 31 Oct 2025, and even after more than 24 hours the amount is still not received. The app shows “Processed” but nothing in my UBL account. Customer support is slow and unhelpful. Joyalukkas really needs to improve its transfer speed and communication.

last 1 year I'm using same app for sending money salalah to india that time service charge only 1.500 but today I'm just open app for sending money that time service charge showing 2 OMR I'm already contact salalah branch through whatsapp they not give any replay's so I'm deleted mobile app sorry very bad experience

When you open the apps and in the middle of u send the apps was close u can't finish. Very bad experiences in this apps update now. Before was good and smooth but now after update the apps was no good.
