Works intuitively and well, I enjoy it a lot! My main feedback is that it would be great if you can do rounds of different counts after one another. Let's say you can setup a custom exercise where, e.g., you start with 4 x 4 count box breathing, a small pause, 4 x 6 count box breathing, a small pause, and closing with 4 x 8 count box breathing. Thank you for this application!! I love the no-nonsense approach, clean setup, and making it accessible to use. Great :)

Very useful app. It helps with my mindful breathing practices. I like the ability to customize the time for breathing in, holding, and breathing out. The daily reminders are helpful, too. And I like the ability to choose soothing background sounds. This app does what its intended purpose is, and it does it well. And the best part is NO ADS! 😄. Thank you!

This is one of the best apps. It has helped me with my stress and anxiety (which is bountiful in my life). The voice is soothing, and lets me focus on just my breath instead of having to count which can cause my breath to be stuttered instead of smooth. It's also free with no annoying/distracting ads. Stellar 👌 EDIT TO ADD: almost 4 years later I still love this app and have showed it to many people having panic attacks. It is the single most valuable app on my phone thank you So much!
