Decided to try this app. Loaded £500 to buy Solana, it says: no fees. Once the transaction is done I have £476 left (-£24). I check the details of the transaction and there are a bit less than £5 of so called 'network fees' (hidden when you confirm purchase).. where is the rest? (£19) Very strange.. I have asked explanations and they have written will answer in 2wd. Another interesting details is that my top up has been done in £ but the transaction is reported (as an error) in dollars..

these people are the worst. I got locked out permanently while trying to verify. got stuck in a loop. went through the loop three times before i closed my browser and started over. I have tried to contact moonpay and you have to go through ai to get to a person. the Ai thinks I broke the tos agreement. thing is it was their faulty programming that got me locked out. oh well guess they don't like money.

As a newbie I used a few times but then I learned better. Moonpay offer terrible rates, wildly expensive commission and the actual amount you receive is somehow always less than the quote - I complained but was fobbed off. No thanks.
