This agency has been one of the most unprofessional and misleading I've dealt with. They charged over $400 in taxes on a $1,100 ticket after advertising it as a great deal. Their customer support is virtually non-existent—issues with tickets or schedules are met with silence, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I do not recommend this service.

Application doesn't work, shows that I'm offline when I'm online. In adition they are scammers, avoid this awful company at all costs! They will happily take your money for tickets and flexible options, but won't allow any rescheduling or demand more money than the cost of the new tickets. They will lie multiple times and invent a reason one dumber than another just to steal your money.

I booked a flight through GoToGate with checked baggage included and paid directly to them. At the airport, the airline had no record of it. GoToGate first admitted I was right, then blamed the airline and refused responsibility. Their customer service is rude, evasive, and completely unhelpful. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Avoid GoToGate – totally unreliable and deceptive.
