Received my first fitbit charge 6, 2 weeks ago and already have to 1-2 a week disconnect the device and restart everything for the app to sync with the device. Also: - the disconnect option in the app does not allow it to disconnect at all as it just says there was a problem (yes, it says that every time) - none of the settings in the app really work ( tried to change the preference to the non-dominant hand and it also doesn't allow it and just keeps switching back

App keeps asking me to log in again and again. Tonight, it can't even log in, because "Error contacting Recaptcha. Please go back and try again!". Reliable systems to log in to places have existed for decades, and now this app can't even achieve that. And no, I'm not interested to log in via Google; my old fitbit-account will do nicely. Combining all my data in one spot sounds like a bad idea.

redoing my review from 3 to 1 stars. I find it hilarious that google has the audacity to want to charge you $80 a year for premium on an app that doesn't even work 70% of the time. My phone will not sync to my watch and I have to restart it daily to get it the app to sync, I've had to completely delete the app and reinstall it many times to get the Nutrition section to recognize calories out, and many more things thar just makes this app more of a hassle than anything else. Do better Google.
