Competitors use a flat rate delivery charge and that means you can shop all deals; Domino's doesn't, meaning delivery deals cost extra AND THEN they slap a huge delivery fee on top AND ask for a tip before you've even received the order. Combined with recent price hikes this is just disgusting business practice, and the app doesn't help; 2025 and it won't even login. Clunky, hard to sort deals and items, and there's sly little charges added at every step. You can't even use cash to pay anymore.

Very easy to use. Good selections on the menu. I also like the tracking how it shows every step for where your food is IE preparing, baking, delivering. Only recommendation would be to have a point system where you can get pizza, drinks & sides for free like McDonald's & greggs do.

The App use to be great, but since the app update, the tracker no longer works. Rather annoying when collecting an order. When I finally realised the tracking was not working and went to collect, my order had been sat for 20 mins on shelf. Now when I order I just go and sit and wait in the shop. First world problems. Midsomer Norton store.
