購買了三個月計劃，使用次數很少，已經在限期前退訂了，甚至已經刪了apps，Google Play中沒有顯示仍然是訂購中，但卻在第四個月突然發現被收取了下一季的費用。已多次電郵及以apps查詢，但一直未有任何回覆，這情況如同搶劫一樣。 更新：向你們發了多次電郵但一直沒有收到回覆，是怎麼樣的一回事呢？只懂收錢卻沒有跟進，這情況不就是搶劫嗎？消費者可以怎樣保護自己呢？

小提醒： 【1. 價格變動】開始訂閱的價格 30.98USD，第二次自動扣款後，會漲價 69.97 USD。 【2. 取消訂閱】如果透過Facebook, Instagram 廣告下載APP，訂閱不會顯示在Google Play，需要自行聯繫客服取消。 這些規則寫在收據email一大堆文字的最最最後面！發現被加倍扣款時只能自認。 建議可以把這些規則寫在明顯一點的地方，以免感受不佳。

Hello! When you begin a subscription with us, it automatically renews until you cancel, as we mention on the purchase screen. You can access the cancellation guides directly within the app by going to Profile >>> Settings >>> Manage Subscription. However, if you have any remaining questions, feel free to contact us at support@luvly.care.
