YOU NEED TO FIX THIS. I've seen many bad reviews on similar issues. I requested to withdraw money from my account, the platform bugged and the 30-min countdown doesn't appear, and it's been searching for a cashier since yesterday. The money was deducted from my balance, and I need that money URGENTLY. The worst part is that customer service isn't responding, who can I contact? Ticket #3070059 UPDATE: They returned my money, but was a headache. I'll give them 3 stars to be fair.

I need assistance. The app looks clean but it hasn't allowed me to sign in with my Google account. It keeps saying "session expired" and kicking me out. I haven't been able to do anything. Some help with logging in and signing in would be nice. Also, the account is new, so the profile is incomplete for the reason stated above. *edit:I have created the ticket as instructed. the number is #3129371, Alexander Nelson Chanda.
