I am having an issue with the SNOW app. The filters are not loading and I keep getting a “No Network” error even though my internet connection is stable and strong. I tried reinstalling the app and it works for a short time, but after one day the same problem happens again. Restarting my phone and clearing cache does not solve it.

I've had it for years, and sometimes the settings just change themselves. Recently, I started getting a white screen when I activated the app, I tried restarting the phone but finally had to reinstall it - the new photo settings from the reinstall are HORRIBLE. Even signing in to my account didn't bring back the customised settings. I HATE that I can't have the 'Normal' photo settings in full screen mode, I don't like the huge chunk of white settings bar at the bottom taking 1/4 of the screen.

This app has gone downhill. A lot of features that used to be free are now behind a paywall. This is insane considering how many ads there are on screen. You can't save a pic without watching an unskippable ad, and you can't close the app without an unskippable ad being forced on you. Pushing unskippable ads while putting previously free tools behind a paywall should be illegal, but Google doesn't care.
