Good for basic standard functions, but too limited for me; not useful for me. Nice UI. 'Premium' version for subscription is less limited, but still missing critical functionality for me, so I'm now having to go with open source solutions. No data logging option, which is a miss. Perhaps I'm a complicated customer, but I (only?) want to record/track temp & humidity and use those variables in real time to trigger switches based on thresholds. I can't do those things with this app.

not connected to previous lights. I've just changed the broadband speed, same router but never connected to the light switches. I've worked on it for one week but no result. The other smart plugs have been connected easily to the Smart Life app. I'm going to buy a new switch BUT never eWeLink!

Hello, we understand your frustration. Please make sure your light device is in pairing mode (power on, toggle the switch three times) and your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The app itself is fine, but the smart switch under this app broke not even 2 months of usage, almost started a fire. It started when our internet connection got disrupted then went back on but it won't turn on again, then after many tries it just broke and spewed out smoke.
