I've been using the app for about 4 years. They almost lost me because I was struggling to get into my original account when I accidentally logged in with my Gmail, they lose 1 star due to the hassle of trying to get into my original account, it was not smooth or easy. But I'm back and excited to book more restaurants. Easy and smooth to use for booking. It's a bit clunky with account management.

When I'm looking for a reservation in one city, why am I getting recommendations in other cities? Why ask if you're just going to suggest places that are an hour away? Other than that, I guess the app is fine, but it's flipping annoying to have to go through pages of restaurant listings looking for something nearby.

Great for making reservations,amd checking availability. It costs nothing to use but pays rewards. HOWEVER What they DON'T tell you, if you miss 3 reservations without canceling first, they WILL CANCEL your account. I was a long time user, had over 20000 points that were lost because I did not show up for 3 reservations- and that is LIFETIME, not 3 a year
