At first, this service wasn't too bad. However, I just spent 24 minutes trying to change a flight when it would have taken me 24 seconds to do it if I had booked directly with the airline. The AI customer service is terrible. Ended up having to call in. I'm so far not seeing a benefit to this service other than complicated trips can show up in one itinerary page. It gets especially complicated when it mixes travel options with other third party services, so you have to watch the fine print...

Worst mistake that my company made. The receipts still take between 1-5 days to show up. The travel features take away your ability to modify/cancel reservation directly with the air line or hotel. Also, the cost, on average, does not save you when you book through the Navan app. If the backend is as bad as the users end, it needs scrapped and rebuilt.

It does some things well, and I found the support chat helpful. On the downside it doesn't appear to track or notify air travel delays and it gets an automatic 2 star deduction for not understanding the difference between a stopover, a layover/transit, which is worrying for a travel app.
