I am also experiencing the battery drain issue. Indeed around 40% per day to enable background running for Bluetooth proximity unlocking of the car. I would really like to see this improved ASAP. Another thing on my wishlist is to see ETA in the app of reaching the destination of the navigation. Other than that I love the XCombos and the remote heating schedule I can make. Looking forward to improvements and updating this review to more stars.

The app ruins everything. When you allow it to run in the background, it consumes more than 40% of my battery. my 4 hours of YouTube watching uses less than 15%. When you do not allow it to run in the background, good luck. it takes forever to open the app if you do not have Internet. You may not be able to unlock the door or the door wouldn't lock after you leave. You may not be able to start the car and you need to login. when you try to login, it said you are logged in with the same account.

*often when trying to open my combos or an app i get the message 'not possible due to unstable network', despite having strong network signal *when the smartphone is connected to the car via bluetooth but it has no network connection (in an underg parking) the app cant operate the car, eg turn on sentry mode. if you move to a place with network the car is still parked underground so that makes it impossible to manage the car with the phone in this scenario
