Can't connect with customer support in the same way my grandma can't connect with her right hearing aids. Both I, a 22 year old and the person from the store she got them from have contacted customer support multiple times to no avail, highly recommend avoiding this company. Earbuds speakers everything works fine but this app which for some god forsaken reason will not let us connect to the right ear piece, we tried on multiple phones as well. Thoroughly disappointed in the customer service.

Hey Wes, thank you for this feedback. Google Play Store indicates that you are using an incompatible phone for this app. This may limit functionality and explain the unreliable connectivity. See here: www.resound.com/compatibility#androiddevice Please email us resoundappsupport@gnresound.com if you require assistance

I live in the Netherlands, I have just got my new hearing Aids. Sound is taking a bit of getting used to but the app is when working fantastic....but I have to restart my phone each time I want to connect to my hearing Aids. That's a pain. I do find stock setting for treble is unusable it distorts everything. I turn it to almost 0. I hope you can do something about this connection problem. Update my Huawei is not listed on your list. Also no control over tinnitus in the app. Thank you.

Hey Kenny, thankyou for the update. I'm afraid that the connectivity problems you are experiencing are a result of using an incompatible phone/tablet. Please see our full list of compatible devices here: resound.com/compatibility

Had my ReSound for a week now; going OK until day 5 when it wouldn't open because it was, it said, disconnected. The verbose, cryptic and convoluted little instruction manual says nothing about that, so I found someone on Reddit had posted a workaround, which I tried, and now I get a blank screen and no workaround to be found. For +$7000, not off to a good start. I see no phone support, and for that money, not having a manual that's clear and comprehensive will probably be a deal-breaker for me.
